When we started offering one-off swims we assumed the majority of swimmers would be holiday makers. However, loads of locals kept coming back, so we decided to offer up a membership scheme and discounted entry for our local (and non-local) return swimmers. Our swims are primarily in west Cornwall and the Lizard and we have a new guide for 2024 working in and around the Newquay area. We also venture out of these areas from time-to-time. Swims in 2023 featured some of the following : St Michael’s Mount (a number of times!), Mousehole, Kynance, Church Cove (both of them), Gillan Creek and the Helford, the Gannel Estuary, Prussia Cove, Carbis Bay, Porthminster, the ‘Island’ in St Ives, Porthcurno, Penzance sea front, Perranuthnoe, Lamorna Cove, Lamorna to Mousehole, Mousehole Island, Kennack Sands, Rinsey Cove, numerous cave swims, Mother Ivey’s Bay, Feock, St Mawes, St Just-in-Roseland…
2024 - as well as continuing to offer the above swims, we’re also researching & exploring new areas and swims to offer. Including areas like Porthbeer Cove, Housel Bay etc.
MEMBERSHIP just £12.50 for 2024 activity and any 2025 swimming activity announced in 2024.

*If we work on a collaboration with another partner we may not be able to offer discounts on these events ie. working with a pool provider
Generally - you'll be the first to hear about swims, events and holidays and have a head start on booking these, at a discounted rate.
*COMMUNICATIONS : it sounds ridiculous to say in 2024 but we had slight issues contacting all of the members (easily)...to keep them updated re planned swims. It involved copy and pasting lots of email addresses (and not being 100% sure everyone was receiving them!). For 2024 we’ll simply set up a WhatsApp group. I’ll add people as ‘Swimmer 1, 2, 3, 4 etc…so I don’t share your name and number with people you don’t know. OPT OUT - if you don’t want to be part of the group contact me and ‘opt out’ otherwise we’ll assume your happy to be part of it.
